PRIMERO: Desestimar las alegaciones presentadas en los Expedientes Sancionadores y<br />
comunicarlo a la Unidad <strong>de</strong> Recaudación Ejecutiva.<br />

RESULTANDO que D. MIGUEL ANGEL LOZANO GUTIERREZ con DNI: 705638765Q,<br />
presenta escrito <strong>de</strong> alegaciones solicitando la anulación o baja <strong>de</strong> la liquidación referente<br />
a multa por sanción <strong>de</strong> tráfico, remitidas por la Unidad <strong>de</strong> Recaudación <strong>de</strong> la Excma.<br />
Diputación Provincial.<br />
CONSIDERANDO que según el Informe <strong>de</strong> la Policía <strong>Local</strong> acreditativo <strong>de</strong> el<br />
Expediente Sancionador Num. 9138/2008 ha sido tramitado en tiempo y forma según<br />
la legislación vigente.<br />
