comunico que seria propuesta para <strong>de</strong>nuncia ante el Ilmo. Sr. Alcal<strong>de</strong>-Presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> la<br />
<strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong>, quedando enterado.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
PRIMERO: Imponer una sanción <strong>de</strong> 300 € al titular <strong>de</strong>l establecimiento causante <strong>de</strong> la<br />
infracción.<br />

MICHAEL OSORIO VALENCIA.<br />
RESULTANDO que siendo las 09:30 Horas <strong>de</strong>l día 17 <strong>de</strong> Julio <strong>de</strong> 2011, cuando los<br />
Policías <strong>de</strong> Servicio realizaban recorrido <strong>de</strong> población, observaron a un joven que iba<br />
acercándose a las mujeres intimidándolas, se le i<strong>de</strong>ntifica, se le advierte que <strong>de</strong>ponga su<br />
aptitud y se marcha.<br />
Posteriormente se la hace un seguimiento y se localiza en Avda. Gregorio Prieto, siendo<br />
requeridos por una señora la cual les indica que se había abierto el pantalón<br />
enseñándole el pene.<br />
Se i<strong>de</strong>ntifico y resulto ser MICHAEL OSORIO VALENCIA, vecino <strong>de</strong> VALDEPEÑAS,<br />
provincia <strong>de</strong> CIUDAD REAL, con domicilio en Calle Solanilla Nº 13 y con NIE<br />
X5132547M.<br />
CONSIDERANDO que se trata <strong>de</strong> una infracción <strong>de</strong> la Ley 1/1992, art. 26 i, se le<br />
comunico que seria propuesto para <strong>de</strong>nuncia ante el Ilmo. Sr. Alcal<strong>de</strong>-Presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> la<br />
<strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> <strong>de</strong>l Excmo. Ayuntamiento <strong>de</strong> Val<strong>de</strong>peñas, quedando enterado.<br />
La <strong>Junta</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Gobierno</strong> <strong>Local</strong> por unanimidad ACUERDA:<br />
PRIMERO: Sancionar con una multa <strong>de</strong> 100 € al autor <strong>de</strong> la infracción.<br />
