DESARROLLO DE HONGOS • En el aire ambiente de todas las zonas de producción y almacenaje de granos están presentes esporas de hongos. • Cada especie de hongos tiene su “ecosistema” de desarrollo óptimo (Temperatura y Humedad Relativa). • Las especies dañinas de hongos de almacenaje suspenden su desarrollo cuando la Humedad Relativa de los espacios intersticiales es inferior a 62%.
