Drying Petals and Herbs
1. Cut the flowers/herbs in the late afternoon if possible and not early in the morning
as there is then too much moisture (dew) on them.
2. Please select flowers or herbs which feel solid and have not completely opened.
Flowers which have opened completely lose their petals during the drying process.
In the case of herbs you can use both complete stems and individual leaves.
3. Spread the flowers thinly over the grid(s).
4. Now proceed as described under points 7 to 8 ("Drying Fruit and Vegetables").
5. In order to produce a potpourri from your dry petals, store the dried flowers or
petals in an airtight, sealable container (preferably made of glass).
Cleaning
1. Always remove the mains lead before cleaning the machine and wait until it has
cooled down.
2. The outside of the machine is cleaned if necessary with a slightly damp cloth
without any additives.
3. The grids can be cleaned as usual in soapy water. Please do not use any abrasive
detergents or scouring agents.
This device has been tested according to all relevant current CE guidelines,
such as electromagnetic compatibility and low voltage directives, and has been
constructed in accordance with the latest safety regulations.

Guarantee
The device supplied by our Company is covered by a 24 month guarantee starting
on the date of purchase (receipt).
During the life of the guarantee any fault of the device or its accessories *) ascribable
to material or manufacturing defects will be eliminated free of charge by repairing
or, at our discretion, by replacing it. The guarantee services do not entail an
extension of the life of the guarantee nor do they give rise to any right to a new
guarantee!
Proof of the guarantee is provided by the proof of purchase. Without proof of
purchase no free replacement or repair will be carried out.
If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee please return the entire machine
in the original packaging to your dealer together with the receipt.
*) Damage to accessories does not mean automatic free replacement of the whole
machine. In such cases please contact our hotline. Broken glass or breakage of
plastic parts are always subject to a charge.
