PROTOCOL: MANEJO DE LA PÉRDIDA GESTACIONAL TEMPRANA<br />
TÉCNICA: TIEMPO DE EVACUACIÓN<br />
Finalizada <strong>la</strong> di<strong>la</strong>tación, proce<strong>de</strong>mos a <strong>la</strong> introducción <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> cánu<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong> Karman <strong>de</strong>l mismo<br />
número que el máximo di<strong>la</strong>tador empleado.<br />
Conectamos <strong>la</strong> fuente <strong>de</strong> vacío y trabajamos con presión negativa.<br />
I<strong>de</strong>almente se contro<strong>la</strong> el proceso mediante ecografía.<br />
CUIDADOS POSTOPERATORIOS<br />
Periodo <strong>de</strong> observación (30-60 min)<br />
Profi<strong>la</strong>xis Rh si precisa<br />
Profi<strong>la</strong>xis antibiótica ( 1 gr <strong>de</strong> metronidazol rectal + doxicilina 100 mgr VO/12 h durante 7<br />
días<br />
Control <strong>de</strong> ctes.<br />
ALTA<br />
Instrucciónes verbales<br />
Informe <strong>de</strong> alta y receta <strong>de</strong> Atb.<br />
Citación en OBSPUR al mes para resultado <strong>de</strong> AP y/o biopsia <strong>de</strong> corion,<br />
