De lo expuesto anteriormente se puede concluir que la valoración
del menisco lagrimal por cualquiera de las técnicas
disponibles, lámpara de hendidura, video, fotografía y más
recientemente con el OCT, es una prueba confiable, sencilla,
de muy buena sensibilidad y especificidad que podemos
incorporar en la rutina de la evaluación lágrima.
