De lo expuesto anteriormente se puede concluir que la valoración<br />

<strong>d<strong>el</strong></strong> <strong>menisco</strong> <strong>lagrimal</strong> por cualquiera de las técnicas<br />

disponibles, lám<strong>para</strong> de hendidura, video, fotografía y más<br />

recientemente con <strong>el</strong> OCT, es <strong>una</strong> prueba confiable, sencilla,<br />

de muy <strong>buena</strong> sensibilidad y especificidad que podemos<br />

incorporar en la rutina de la evaluación lágrima.<br />
