: Fitness Quest 10, San Diego, CA
Fitness Quest 10 has recently refurbished part of its facility and we
have used Pavigym solutions for that.
We have changed our Mind-body studio, at Fitness Quest 10,
specifically our Pilates and Yoga area.
We replaced carpeting that looked dark, old and smelly, that simply
did not fit our standards and wasn´t a match with this beautiful worldclass
and incredible product offerred by Pavigym.
We put this great flooring with a great program to help us improve

We have recently opened our doors to the public and
we contacted Pavigym because they offer the best
options to customize areas in addition to the most
advanced technical requirements for each activity.
We selected several options, such as Pavigym Traffic
for transit areas and High Impact rooms (Spinning &

PAVIGYM TM ENERGY+ is a one-year program with high-intensity interval training (structured with a pattern of work and rest periods), the underlying principle of which
is metabolic conditioning. The purpose of metabolic conditioning is to maximize the efficiency of a particular energy system to perform better in sports or develop
a desired physique. One added benefit is the increase of caloric burn even after the workout has finished. It is a total body workout with tri-planar movements.
Members regularly find this highly energetic activity great fun and highly addictive. They’ll come back to your facility over and over again!

ENDLESS EXERCISES TO WORK WITH, using just body weight. They are classified for beginners,

in the same session by working cardiovascular capacity, power and strength, together with agility,
balance and coordination.
