the A Coruña Museum of Fine Arts, on the occasion of the<br />

Foro de inmersión en educación artística e museos [Forum on<br />

immersion in artistic education and museums] organised by<br />

the regional government of Galicia.<br />

Changes in Lanzarote society with the advent of tourism.<br />

Delivered on 27 April for the Haría Secondary School course<br />

on tourism.<br />

The value of Lanzarote’s natural and cultural landscape.<br />

This lecture was delivered on 30 April as part of the<br />

gardening course in the Teguise Workshop-School.<br />

The crisis of the “<strong>Manrique</strong> model”.<br />

Delivered on 15 May for students and teachers participating in<br />

the University of Seville’s course – designed by Javier<br />

Castroviejo and co-ordinated by Ramón Gil - on nature<br />

conservation and management, as well as for Central and<br />

South American students.<br />

Organised on 4 June for a group of youngsters from the<br />

Lanzarote Island Council’s emergency shelter facility.<br />

known as the natural environment on the Canary Islands,<br />

delivered at the <strong>César</strong> <strong>Manrique</strong> Secondary School.<br />
