EYP SCAP lleva a cabo la automatización
del nuevo EcoParque de Toledo.
EYP SCAP ha llevado a cabo para la filial
de Ferrovial CESPA, la automatización del
nuevo EcoParque de Toledo.
Los trabajos realizados han sido fundamentalmente
la integración de los diferentes
subsistemas que componen la Planta, incluyendo
sistemas de control de Schneider,
Siemens y Omron y diferentes protocolos
de comunicación como Modbus/TCP IP y
Profinet. También se ha desarrollado un
SCADA desde el cual se supervisa y controla
el Sistema de Ventilación, la gestión
hidráulica y la detección de incendios de
toda la Planta.
Inaugurada en Marzo de 2012 y atendiendo a
un total de 198 municipios con una población
de 650.000 habitantes, este EcoParque constituye
uno de los centros más avanzados en el
tratamiento de residuos a nivel Europeo.
La inversión en este proyecto ha sido de 45
millones de € y la capacidad de tratamiento
será de 250.000 toneladas de residuos
anuales durante los próximos 20 años.
La presidenta de Castilla-La Mancha, María Dolores de Cospedal, acompañada del
presidente de la Diputación, Arturo García-Tizón, y del responsable del Consorcio de
Servicios Públicos Medioambientales, Jaime Ramos, inauguran el pasado 1 de Abril el
EcoParque de Toledo.

EYP SCAP carries out the automation of the new
EcoParque plant in Toledo
EYP SCAP has carried out to CESPA, a subsidiary
of Ferrovial, the automation of the new Recycling
Plant of Toledo (also know as “EcoParque”)
The scope of our work has been primarily the
integration of different subsystems in the plant,
including Schneider, Siemens and Omron Control
Systems, as well as different communication
protocols such as Modbus / TCP IP and Profinet.
A SCADA has also been developed to monitor
and control the ventilation, water management
and fire detection systems
throughout the Plant.
Opened in March 2012 and serving a total
of 198 towns with a population of 650,000
this EcoParque is one of the most advanced
waste treatment plants in Europe.
The total Investment in this project was € 45
million and the treatment capacity will be
250,000 tonnes of waste per year over the
next 20 years.
