SINOPSIS
Al sur de una ciudad cimentada en quebradas se monta
un barrio popular en donde viven un grupo de muchachos
libres de drogas que escuchan música hardcore a todo
volumen. La manada de lobos vive en un entorno de
violencia en donde marcan sus límites con firmeza para
no resbalarse por La Quebrada. Los cimientos de este
barrio son endebles y en cualquier momento todo se
puede derrumbar; sus habitantes sufren el mismo efecto.
Desde el fondo de La Quebrada se escucha un grito
de rebeldía que representa a los Straight Edge, la
tensión que se produce entre historias de vida y música
desemboca en un concierto, es precisamente en el mosh
pit en donde el grito es más puro y honesto. Es así como
se compone el retrato de esta tribu urbana y su barrio.
SYNOPSIS
In a working-class district in the south of a city built on
ravines, a group of young men, live free from drugs and
listen to hardcore music at full volume. The wolf pack
lives amidst a violent environment where they firmly
mark their boundaries not to slip down La Quebrada. Just
like the unstable foundations of this neighbourhood that
can fall at any moment, the life of its residents suffer
from the same instability.
From the depths of La Quebrada, a rebellious cry can he
heard. It represents the Straight Edge, and the tension
generated between their life stories and the music is
released during a concert. It’s specifically the mosh pit
where the cry is at its purest and most honest. This is how
the portrait of this urban tribe and their neighbourhood
is constituted.
