stored in the finger-scan.<br />
8.3.4 Menu 20: Assign relay<br />
Each stored fingerprint can be assigned to one of the two<br />
relays.<br />
This function is not called up if no fingerprints have been<br />
stored and you go directly back to the nn display.<br />
1. Select menu 20.<br />
The display for the first occupied memory<br />
space will appear (e.g. 0.0).<br />
2. Select the desired memory space using<br />
the ñ ò buttons.<br />
This will only show the occupied memory<br />
spaces.<br />
As standard, the memory space is assigned<br />
to relay 1. This is indicated by an illuminated<br />
decimal point in the left 7-segment display.<br />
3. Press the P button and hold it for 4 seconds.<br />
The relay is changed.<br />
If relay 2 is assigned, this is indicated by an<br />
illuminated decimal point in the right<br />
7-segment display (e.g. 00.).<br />
If you want to abort the process:<br />
▶ Briefly press the P button.<br />
The display shows nn.<br />
8.3.5 Menu 21: Impulse duration relay 1<br />
The length of the control impulse for relay 1 can be set by<br />
selecting menu 21.<br />
1. Select menu 21.<br />
The decimal point on the left 7-segment<br />
display is illuminated.<br />
2. Select the desired impulse length using the<br />
buttons ñ ò (see table).<br />
3. Press the P button and hold it for 4 seconds.<br />
The selected value is confirmed.<br />

8.3.7 Menu 30: Security setting<br />
You can select between the security settings Standard and<br />
High with menu 30.<br />
Standard is the factory setting and is indicated<br />
by the S0 display.<br />
The High setting is indicated by the S1 display.<br />
The High setting demands a very high agreement<br />
in the comparison with the stored fingerprint.<br />
Change security setting:<br />
▶ Press the P button and hold it for 4 seconds.<br />
The security setting has been changed and is shown<br />
accordingly.<br />
If you want to exit the menu or abort the process:<br />
▶ Briefly press the P button.<br />
The display shows nn.<br />
8.3.8 Menu 31: Activate/change access code<br />
The 4-digit access code can be activated/deactivated or<br />
changed by selecting menu 31.<br />
In the delivery condition, the access code is deactivated,<br />
i.e. set to 0000. When the access code is 0000, unimpeded<br />
access to the menu selection and function settings is<br />
possible. If an access code is set that is different from 0000,<br />
you must first enter this PIN before you can make a menu<br />
selection.<br />
Note:<br />
If you have forgotten your access code, the finger-scan can<br />
only be made functional again at the factory through a<br />
so-called factory reset.<br />
