CAD/Cast für Edelmetall- und edelmetallfreie Legierungen
Mit dem CAD Cast-Verfahren steht Ihnen ein breites Angebot an Edelmetalllegierungen zur Verfügung. Hier werden auf Basis Ihrer CAD-Modelle im BEGO Medical Fertigungszentrum im stereolithographischen Verfahren
Kunststoffmodelle hergestellt. Diese werden anschließend eingebettet und in den Materialien Ihrer Wahl im Vakuum-Druckguss vergossen. Sie erhalten schließlich das ausgegossene Gerüst.
Die Vorteile des Verfahrens liegen nicht nur in der unerschöpflichen Materialauswahl. Es ist zudem keine Lagerung von EM-Legierungen mehr notwendig und es wird nur der tatsächlich angefallene Verbrauch berechnet.
CAD/Cast for precious and non-precious metal alloys
There is a wide choice of precious metal alloys available with the CAD Cast technique. Based on your CAD designs, resin patterns are fabricated in the BEGO Medical manufacturing centre using the stereolithography
process. The patterns are then invested and cast in the material of your choice using vacuum-pressure casting. You then receive the cast framework.
The advantages of this technique not only include the unlimited choice of material. Storage of precious metal alloys is also no longer required and only the actual material used is invoiced.
