ABSTRACT<br />
An alternative research that enable it to comply with the requirement of the<br />
vocational training of Executive Secretariat in Spanish, was to select the<br />
Registration of the property and Commercial Matters of the canton Espejo,<br />
considering the working relationship that allowed to learn firsthand about a<br />
real problem related with the attention to users within the framework of the<br />
linking of this Institution with the Decentralized Autonomous Government of<br />
the canton Espejo. Due to the characteristics of the research problem, it was<br />
considered a feasible project, since with the results obtained, is developing<br />
a proposal for a solution, with support for the theoretical basis.- was selected<br />
the properly descriptive methodology, which made it possible to describe<br />
the social phenomenon, as it appears in the reality in this case and arrive at<br />
the most important conclusion of the item: The services offered by the<br />
registration of the property and Commercial Matters, are slow, despite that<br />
it is considered that there have been positive changes with the<br />
administration, consider the staff indifferent and sometimes grumpy,<br />
eventually have had difficulties in processing that have had to make in the<br />
