Choose a good, cleared assembly area and get a friend to help you put your grill together. Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area. CAUTION: Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. Step 1 Unfold the cart assembly until folding arms lock into place. Step 2 The cart assembly has two preattached bolts on each side of the cart legs. Attach the right cart brace (with tank holder) to right cart legs, slide down, then tighten bolts securely. Attach left cart brace to left cart legs, slide down, then tighten bolts securely. Wheel axle bolt Wheel Leg Hitch Pin Note: With the help of a friend, turn the assembled cart over. Try to minimize the stress to the legs. Step 3 Install the wheels as illustrated, pull pre-attached hitch pins from axle bolt. Insert the wheel axle bolts through the legs and secure with hitch pins. Step 4 Attach leg caps to right cart legs. Note: With the help of a friend, turn the cart to its upright position. When performing Step 5, lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Be sure to pass hose/regulator assembly above cart frame crossbar. 50
