COMPOSICION DEL PRESUPUESTO DE INGRESOS<br />
El presupuesto <strong>de</strong> ingresos para <strong>la</strong> vigencia 2012 fue aprobado<br />
inicialmente por valor <strong>de</strong> $34.903 millones, ha sido afectado <strong>con</strong> cuatro<br />
adiciones presupuestales correspondientes a <strong>la</strong>s reservas <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> vigencia<br />
2011 por valor <strong>de</strong> $13.547 millones, dos (2) <strong>con</strong>venios interadministrativo<br />
<strong>con</strong> <strong>el</strong> Distrito <strong>de</strong> Barranquil<strong>la</strong> por $800 millones y $43 mil millones<br />
respectivamente y un <strong>con</strong>venio <strong>de</strong> pago <strong>con</strong> <strong>el</strong> municipio <strong>de</strong> Puerto<br />
Colombia por $604 millones, se efectuó una reducción por $20,382<br />
correspondientes a rentas presupuestadas en <strong>la</strong> anualidad, que no harían<br />
su respectivo recaudo, para un presupuesto total <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> vigencia por valor<br />
<strong>de</strong> $72,471,971,579<br />
