Uno de los problemas
que han presentado los
diferentes diseños de
tirantes para obtener
una retropulsión de
hombros indicados en
fracturas de clavícula, y
otras lesiones de la
articulación acromio
clavicular, ha sido su
intolerancia a la presión
ejercida por los tirantes
a nivel axilar. Para dar
respuesta a este
problema Orliman ofrece
un nuevo diseño de su
inmovilizador de
clavícula, ref: IC-30,
sustituyendo el modelo
anterior. Entre las
principales novedades,
cabría destacar la nueva
almohadilla acromio
clavicular de mayor
amplitud y acolchado en
foam con rizo interior,
que recubre la zona
delto-pectoral,
consiguiendo con ella
aumentar el área de
presión sobre la cara
anterior de los hombros.

The intolerance of the
pressure exerted by the
straps on the underarm
area is one of the
drawbacks presented by
the different designs of
straps for clavicle
fracture, and other
injuries in the acromion
clavicle joint, used for
forcing the shoulders
back. In order to solve
this problem, Orliman
offers a new design in
its clavicle strap ref:
IC-30 replacing the
previous model. Some
of the most significant
improvements are a
larger new design of the
acromion clavicle pad
and its inside foam
padding which covers
the deltopectoral area,
allowing an increase
of the pressure area on
the front part of
the shoulders.
