NIVELES LESIVOS DE VIOLENCIA¤ Cuarto Nivel.- Forcejeo, Lucha y Defensa, en donde se presentantodos los indicios de los niveles anteriores más lesiones de granmagnitud, que por su ubicación anatómica, consecuenciasinmediatas y dirección tienen la intención de causar la muerte,además se observan lesiones características de defensa talescomo equimosis, excoriaciones, heridas cortantes, heridas porcontusión y corto contundentes, en manos por sus caraspalmares y dorsales, antebrazos, brazos y tórax posterior.Durante maniobras instintivas que en el momento crítico lleva acabo la víctima, al tratar de evitar que el agente vulneranteincida en órganos vitales.
NIVELES LESIVOS DE VIOLENCIAAusencia de Respuesta.- la ausencia de maniobras de forcejeo,lucha y defensa puede presentarse en la víctima ante un ataquesúbito, no esperado o como parte del “síndrome de indefensiónaprendida”, en el que la víctima ante el ataque de su agresor separaliza por miedo o docilidad y no se defiende del ataque de suvictimario, perdiendo la vida sin presentar ningún tipo deresistencia.
