Campus Universitario. 42004 Soria.Con la finalidad de cuantificar la edad al primer parto (EPP) en un rebaño caprino y evaluar algunos factores genéticosy ambientales que pudieran afectarla, fueron analizados registros pertenecientes a un rebaño de 355 cabraslocalizado en el estado Táchira-Venezuela, en zona de Bosque Húmedo Montano Bajo, por un período de siete añoscomprendido entre 1989 y 1995. Los factores evaluados fueron: Grupo Racial (R: Nubian, Saanen, AlpinaFrancesa, La Mancha, Toggenburg y sus cruces) y peso al Nacimiento (PN).
