*Alerta de seguridad (MUH(FV), 4/2015) restricción de uso IBUPROFENO:<br />
•No administrar dosis altas de ibuprofeno a pacientes con patología cardiovascular<br />
grave como insuficiencia cardiaca (clasificación II-IV de New York Heart Association-<br />
NYHA), cardiopatía isquémica establecida, enfermedad arterial periférica o<br />
enfermedad cerebrovascular.<br />
•Antes de iniciar tratamiento a largo plazo con ibuprofeno, sobre todo si se<br />
requieren dosis altas, se deberán evaluar cuidadosamente los factores de riesgo<br />
cardiovascular asociados del paciente.<br />

DICLOFENACO en M01AB.<br />
En la actualidad Naproxeno no presenta alerta de seguridad en pacientes con factor<br />
de riesgo cardiovascular.<br />
