Representa una de las mejores<br />
plazas de la ciudad, contando<br />
con una concha acústica donde<br />
se pueden apreciar espectáculos<br />
musicales y recreativos. A su vez<br />
se puede observar un monumento<br />
central en forma de obelisco<br />
de aproximadamente 49 metros<br />
de altura el cual contiene en su<br />
base los escudos de las 20 entidades<br />
federales que existían anteriormente<br />
en Venezuela.<br />
