Es la segunda vez en la fecha sudamericana del Campeonato
Mundial FIA de Rally que se hace presente el especial que une
Los Gigantes con Cantera El Cóndor. Un dato acerca de este
tramo es que se corren 15,26km que estuvieron incluidos en
la PE Matadero – Ambul del Rally Argentina 2012.
Para el público será muy atractivo, ya que en general es un
recorrido veloz, pero también tendrá partes muy trabadas,
donde la técnica de los pilotos será crucial para marcar un
buen registro y marcar la diferencia.
For the second time in the South American round of the FIA World
Rally Championship the stage that links Los Gigantes to Cantera
del Cóndor is present. A detail about this stage is that 15,26 km
had already been included in the SS of Matadero-Ambul of Rally
Argentina 2012.
It will be very attractive for the public since it is a fast stage even
when the first part is twisty but the driver’s technique will be crucial
to set a good time and widen the gap with others.

Otro tramo que hizo su debut el año pasado, y tuvo muy buena
aceptación entre los pilotos del WRC es el de Boca del Arroyo –
Bajo del Pungo. En su extensión se encuentra un terreno muy
variado, donde los pilotos tendrán que sortear cruces de ríos,
vados y tranqueras. Además, un momento especial será cuando
los World Rally Cars crucen el salto que está sobre una recta
frente a la Capilla Nuestra Señora del Rosario en Characato.
Cabe destacar que los primeros 5,28km de competencia son los
últimos del especial San Marcos – Characato del año pasado.
Another stage that made its debut last year and it was well accepted
among WRC drivers is Boca de Arroyo – Bajo del Pungo, which
will be very entertaining. Drivers could be seen while driving on a
varied terrain, where there will be river crossings, water splashes
and cattle gates. Besides, there will be a special moment when
world rally cars cross the jump over a straight in front of Nuestra
Señora del Rosario chapel in Characato. It must be pointed out that
the first 5,28 kms of competition are the last ones of the stage San
Marcos – Characato from last year.
