We usually eat a lot of fruit and hardly ever eat junk food ,
we always brush our teeth, we usually run in the morning
and sometimes play with our friends, when we get to
school we usually transport walking or by bus, hardly ever
we use the pone we normally use it for investigations, we
usually get up the trash and always have our chairs clean
of course we never sit in the littles trees like some classmates,
in our free time we often do the homework or play
with some friends.
When my father was a child there were more vegetables
and fruits instead of junk food, and sometimes he had to
take the shower in a river because he didn’t have water
system. My father did exercise because he like a hearty life
style and he went by foot to the school. In her free time he
decided to work but it was difficult because of the technology,
they didn’t have. And in my father’s time the environmental
health was very good because everything was
more natural, that’s why they preferred alternative medicine
.
