Habits to get a healthy lifestyle: Take a shower, do exercise every day, sleep 8 hours, drink pure water, clan hands, wash your teeth, don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol. Unhealthy habits and how they affect our life: Don’t smoke because your body deteriorates, if we drink alcohol your body gets damaged slowly. If You cannot do your daily activities correctly because you are tired. Why is important to have a healthy lifestyle as a teenager: It’s very important because your body the most important thing you have. We must live healthily, eating healthy, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, Having a healthy lifestyle.
INGLES “My Predecessors” Abraham’s grandfather was a nice person, and very human. He was from Huizquilucan, Edo. Mex., He was a little angry. He had a very healthy life. He ate healthy food, he took a shower every day, he walked a lot. My habits are different from my predecessors because: They ate fresh vegetables and I eat frozen vegetables. They walked to school and I use the car, they did their homework in the library with books and I use internet. They played with wood toys and I play video games.
