cóncavo. Capa bermeja con colores pardo-rojizos. Cara blanca, que se extien<strong>de</strong><br />
en ocasiones a la grupa. Cuernos blancos largos dirigidos hacia <strong>de</strong>lante y abajo.<br />
Extremida<strong>de</strong>s cortas. Mucosas rosadas.<br />
Peso medio vivo: vacas <strong>de</strong> 550 a 620 kg, toros entre 900-1.100 kg.<br />
Aptitud cárnica: la princip<strong>al</strong> raza <strong>de</strong>l continente americano y una <strong>de</strong> las más<br />
extendidas por el mundo. En España se encuentra en Madrid, G<strong>al</strong>icia y And<strong>al</strong>ucía.<br />
