Artículo 53. Vigencia. El presente Acuerdo empezará a regir<br />
el uno de enero del año dos mil quince, y por contener<br />
disposiciones estrictamente de interés del Estado, su<br />
publicación debe efectuarse exenta del pago de la tarifa<br />
respectiva.<br />
