Introduction
This booklet provides a list of Amerigroup network pharmacies. To get a complete description
of your prescription coverage, including how to fill your prescriptions, please review the
Evidence of Coverage and the Amerigroup formulary. If you have additional questions, please

arrangements with them to provide prescription drugs to plan members. A network pharmacy
is a pharmacy where beneficiaries obtain prescription drug benefits provided by Amerigroup. In
most cases, your prescriptions are covered under Amerigroup only if they are filled at a
network pharmacy or through our mail order pharmacy service. Once you go to one, you are
not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescription. You can go to any
of our network pharmacies. We will fill prescriptions at non-network pharmacies under certain
circumstances as described in your Evidence of Coverage.
Amerigroup Network Pharmacies
You can use this directory to locate a pharmacy near you. The directory is organized by
pharmacy location. Beginning in the next section, the pharmacy listing shows retail pharmacy
stores by county and ZIP Code. Locate the first page for the county where you live. Next, look
through the columns to find your ZIP Code. Once you find your ZIP Code, the pharmacies
located in your ZIP Code are listed in alphabetical order. Other kinds of pharmacies such as mail
service, long-term care and home infusion, are listed in sections after the retail pharmacy
section.
