Waste in OuluOulu Waste Management is a municipal enterpriseowned by the city of Oulu. Our operation range covers14 communities and 226 000 people. Oulun Jätehuolto composts your biowaste,once you have separated it from other waste.In the kitchen you need a bin for biowaste, plasticbucket is ideal. To prevent the bin getting dirty,paper, a flour bag, newspaper, or biowaste bag froma shop, should be placed on it.
