• Infection urinaire:<br />
– Diminution de la protéine Tamm-Horsfall (empêche l’adhér<strong>en</strong>ce)<br />
– Car<strong>en</strong>ce oestrogénique<br />
– Hypertrophie prostatique<br />
– Rét<strong>en</strong>tion d’urine (antidépresseurs, tricycliques…)<br />
– Sonde urinaire<br />
– Bactériurie >80 ans, H 30%; F 50%<br />
• Infection respiratoire<br />
– Mauvais réflexe de toux<br />
– Troubles de la déglutition<br />
– Mauvais état d<strong>en</strong>taire<br />
– IPP, Sédatifs, antiacides<br />
