NORMES
De nouvelles normes EN ISO 20345 et EN ISO 20347 gèrent aujourd’hui
la certification des chaussures de sécurité et de travail. Il
faut toutefois savoir, que des produits certifiés selon les anciennes
normes EN345 et EN347 sont toujours valables sur le marché européen.
En effet, une attestation d'examen de type CE n'a pas de
limite de validité. Ainsi, un produit certifié il y a 10 ans par exemple
peut toujours être mis sur le marché dans la mesure où ce produit
est identique et que le marquage n'a pas été modifié.
> EN ISO 20345 : Spécifications des chaussures de sécurité
à usage professionnel. Cette norme définit, en référence à la
norme EN ISO 20344, les exigences fondamentales et additionnelles
(facultatives) des chaussures de sécurité à usage professionnel.
Ces chaussures comprenant des dispositifs pour protéger
le porteur des blessures résultant d’accidents qui pourraient se
produire dans l’environnement industriel pour lequel la chaussure
a été conçue, équipée d’embout de sécurité destiné à fournir une
protection contre les chocs à un niveau équivalent à 200 Joules.
> EN ISO 20347 : Spécifications des chaussures de travail
à usage professionnel. Ces chaussures sont différentes des chaussures
de sécurité par le fait qu’elles n’ont pas d’embouts de protection
contre les chocs et l’écrasement.
STANDARDS
Today, the standardisation of safety shoes and working shoes is made
according to the new standards EN ISO 20345 and EN ISO 20347.
It must however be noted that products certified according to the old
standards EN345 and EN347 are still available on the European market.
A CE Type Examination certificate does not have a limit of validity.
So even a product certified for example 10 years ago can still
be sold as long as it is identical to the certified product and that the
marking has not been modified.
> EN ISO 20345: Specifications for safety footwear for
professional use. This standard defines, in reference to the EN ISO
20344 standard, the fundamental and additional (facultative) requirements
for safety footwear for professional use. This footwear
includes the necessary safety device to protect the wearer’s toes
against risk of injury from falling objects and accidents which could
occur in industrial environments. Fit out with a toe cap, this footwear
protects the wearer’s toes against crushing impacts with a
protection provided on 200 Joules.
> EN ISO 20347 : Specifications for work footwear for
professional use. This footwear is different from safety footwear
by the fact that these do not have toe caps against injury from
falling objects or crushing impacts.
STANDARTLAR
EN ISO 20345 ve EN ISO 20347, iş güvenliği ayakkabılarında yeni
bir standardizasyon yapılmıştır. Fakat daha evvel verilen EN345 ve
EN347 sertifikaları halen daha Avrupa pazarında kabul görmektedir. CE
tipi inceleme sertifikası geçerlilik sınırı yoktur. Bu yüzden bile bir ürünün
sertifikaları işaretleme değişikliği olmamak koşulu ile 10 yıl boyunca
aynı kalabilir.
> EN ISO 20345 : Profesyonel kullanım için koruyucu ayakkabı
için özellikler. EN ISO 20344 standardı, koruyucu ayakkabıların
profesyonel kullanım için temel ve ek (seçmeli) gereksinimleri referans
olarak tanımlar. Bu ayakkabı gerekli güvenlik sistemini içermekte
olup endüstriyel ortamlarda oluşabilen kazalarda düşme
sonucu yaralanma riskine karşı koruma sağlar. Bu ayakkabılar 200
Jul ‘lük kuvvet tarafından darbe yada ezilmelere karşı dayanıklı olup
ayak parmaklarının zarar görmesini engeller.
> EN ISO 20347: Profesyonel kullanımı için özel donanıma
sahip ayakkabılardır. Fakat bu ayakkabılardan ayak parmaklarını koruyacak
özel burun yoktur. Nesne düşmelerine veya ezilme etkilerine
karşı koruma bulunmamaktadır.
