CHAUSSURES DE SÉCURITÉ SAFETY SHOES İŞ GÜVENLİĞİ AYAKKABILARI

L’ensemble des EPI vendus sur le marché communautaire est soumis à la directive 89/686/CE qui détermine les procédures
de bases à appliquer quand à la normalisation d’un équipement.
La directive définit trois types d’EPI :
> EPI de catégorie 1 : ces EPI, d’une conception simple, sont destinés à protéger l’utilisateur contre des risques minimes, qui
n’ont pas d’effet sur sa santé, ou dont les effets seront facilement réversibles. Ces EPI font l’objet d’une auto certification attestant
qu’ils sont conformes aux exigences de conception basique de la directive : ERGONOMIE, CONFORT, INNOCUITE. Un
EPI auto certifié est estampillé CE.
> EPI de catégorie 2 : ces EPI sont destinés à protéger l’utilisateur contre les risques intermédiaires. Ils sont soumis à un examen
CE de type, et doivent disposer d’une attestation d’examen (rédigée par un laboratoire notifié, accrédité par l’UE) afin d’être
mis à disposition sur le marché communautaire. En vue d’obtenir ce certificat, l’EPI est soumis à des tests particuliers, décrits
dans les normes européennes, selon la catégorie à laquelle il appartient.
> EPI de catégorie 3 : ces EPI sont destinés à protéger l’utilisateur contre des dangers mortels ou susceptibles de nuire gravement
et de façon irréversible à la santé. Comme les EPI de catégorie 2, ils sont soumis à un examen CE de type et doivent disposer
d’une attestation rédigée par un organisme notifié. De plus, ces EPI sont soumis à un contrôle de la production.
Toutes nos chaussures de sécurité sont des EPI de catégorie 2, protégeant contre les risques intermédiaires.
Afin de faire certifier une chaussure de sécurité, nous soumettons un modèle à un organisme notifié qui procède à un examen CE
de type. Cet examen porte sur la conformité de notre dossier technique (y compris les informations destinées à l'utilisateur) et sur
le modèle.
Les spécificités à tester, les méthodes et le matériel à employer, le marquage de la chaussure ainsi que les informations présentes
dans la notice d’utilisation sont énoncées dans les normes suivantes :

NF EN ISO 20347 – Chaussures de travail
> Chaussure de sécurité : chaussure comprenant des dispositifs permettant de protéger le porteur des blessures qui pourraient
résulter d’accident, équipée d’un embout de sécurité destiné à fournir une protection contre les chocs […].
> Chaussure de travail : chaussure comprenant des dispositifs permettant de protéger le porteur des blessures qui pourraient
résulter d’accident.
A réception de l’attestation, nous émettons une déclaration de conformité qui garantit à nos clients que l’équipement qu’ils achètent
a la capacité d’obtenir les mêmes performances que l’équipement qui a été testé.
The whole range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) offered for sale on the European market is submitted to directive
nbr 89/686/CE, which regulates the standardization processes of an equipment.
The directive defines 3 types of PPE:
> Category 1: these PPE, of basic conception, are dedicated to protect the user against negligible risks, which have either no
effects on his health or easily reversible effects. These PPE are subjected to a self certification attesting that they comply with
the basic conception standards of the directive: ERGONOMICS, COMFORT, INNOCUOUSNESS. A self certified PPE is labeled
‘EC’.
> Category 2: these PPE are dedicated to protect the user against intermediate risks. They are submitted to an EC type examination,
and must get an examination certificate (drafted by a notified and EC accredited laboratory) in order to be dispatched
on the Community market. In order to obtain this certificate, the PPE is submitted to specific tests, described in European standards,
according to the category it belongs to.
> Category 3: these PPE are dedicated to protect the user against mortal risks, or risks likely to be seriously harmful to health in
an irreversible way. They are submitted to an EC type examination, and must get an examination certificate drafted by a notified
laboratory. Moreover, the production of these PPE has to be carefully controlled.
All our safety shoes are PPE of category 2, protecting the user against intermediate risks.
In order to get a safety shoes certified, we submit a model to a notified laboratory which will proceed with an EC type examination.
This examination applies to the correctness of our technical report (including information dedicated to the user) and to the model.
Testing special characteristics, using the appropriate material and methods, correct marking of the shoe and information required
in the user’s guide are stated in the following standards:

NF EN ISO 20347 – Working shoes
> Safety shoe: shoe with protective devices to prevent injuries that could result from an accident, equipped with a toecap dedicated
to protect against shocks (…).
> Working shoe: shoe with protective devices to prevent injuries that could result from an accident.
On receipt of the certificate, we draw up a declaration of conformity which guarantees our customers to buy a PPE able to obtain
the same performances than the tested PPE.

Yönetmelik 3 tür KKD (kişisel koruyucu donanım) tanımlamaktadır :
> 1. Kategori : Basit türdeki bu KKD’ler kullanıcıyı sağlığı üzerinde etkisi olmayan veya etkileri kolaylıkla tersine çevrilebilen ihmal
edilebilir risklere karşı korumaktadır. Bu donanımlar ERGONOMİ, KONFOR ve ZARARSIZLIK yönetmeliği temel standartlarına
uygunluğu açısından kendinden onaylılık sertifikalandırmasına tabidir. Kendinden onaylı bir KKD şu ibareyi taşımaktadır: ‘CE’.
> 2. Kategori : Bu tür KKD’ler kullanıcıyı orta düzey risklere karşı korumaktadır. CE tip incelemeye tabi tutulurlar ve Avrupa pazarında
sunulabilmeleri için (yetkili ve CE onaylı bir laboratuarda tasarlanan) inceleme sertifikası almaları gerekir. Bu sertifikayı almak için
söz konusu donanım ait olduğu kategoriye göre Avrupa standartlarında açıklandığı şekilde belirli testlere tabi tutulur.
> 3. Kategori : bu donanımlar kullanıcıyı ölümcül risklere veya geri döndürülemez şekilde sağlığa ciddi olarak zararlı olabilecek
risklere karşı korur. CE tip incelemeye tabi tutulurlar ve yetkili bir laboratuar tarafından tasarlanan bir inceleme sertifikası almalıdırlar.
Dahası, bu donanımların üretimi dikkatli bir şekilde kontrol altında tutulmaktadır.
Tüm güvenlik ayakkabılarımız 2. kategori KKD’dir, ve kullanıcıyı orta düzey risklere karşı korurlar.
Bir güvenlik ayakkabısını sertifikalandırmak için bir modeli CE tip inceleme yapılmak üzere yetkili bir laboratuara gönderiyoruz. Bu
inceleme teknik raporumuzun doğruluğuna (kullanıcıya ait bilgiler de dâhil olmak üzere) ve modele ilişkindir. Belirli özelliklerin testi,
doğru malzeme ve metotların kullanımı, ayakkabının doğru işaretlenmesi ve kullanıcı el kitabında bulunması gereken bilgiler
aşağıdaki standartlarda belirtilmektedir :
NF EN ISO 20344 – Ayakkabılar için test metotları
NF EN ISO 20345 – Güvenlik ayakkabıları (Koruyucu burunlu)
NF EN ISO 20347 – İş ayakkabıları
> Güvenlik ayakkabısı: şoklara (…) karşı koruma amaçlı ayakkabı burnu ile kaplanmış, kazalardan kaynaklanan yaralanmaları
önlemek üzere koruyucu donanıma sahip ayakkabı
> İş ayakkabısı: kazalardan kaynaklanabilecek yaralanmaları önlemek amacıyla koruyucu donanıma sahip ayakkabı
Sertifikanın alımında müşterilerimize test edilmiş KKD ile aynı performansta bir KKD satın almış olduklarını garanti eden bir uygunluk
beyanı yayınlamaktayız.
