The hosts, South Africa, kicked off the opening match of the<br />
FIFA Confederations Cup against AFC champions Iraq at Ellis<br />
Park Stadium in Johannesburg. Both teams tried to surprise<br />
their opponents with plenty of direct long-range passes<br />
in their attacks. However, as the defences were extremely<br />
