“The Balenciaga and Haute Couture in Barcelona” è una retrospettiva che si terrà fino al 22 settembre 2013 al Museo Cristòbal Balenciaga di Barcellona. Obiettivo è dimostrare, con 78 modelli, tra cui alcuni del grande stilista, e 50 bozzetti, come la straordinaria couture dell’indimenticabile maestro spagnolo abbia in primis influenzato, non solo Parigi e i grandi nomi del fashion system di ieri e di oggi, ma soprattutto i designer spagnoli del suo tempo, totalmente avvinti da un talento multiforme come un’Idra. D’altronde, come prescindere dalla potenza geometrica e possente dei suoi modelli così eccitantemente nuovi nel panorama della moda? Tra il 1935 e il 1968, con Balenciaga di stanza a Barcellona, nomi come Pedro Rodríguez, Manuel Pertegaz, Asunción Bastida, El Dique Flotante e Santa Eulalia videro in lui una Stella Polare. Quella inaugurata da Giorgio Armani ad Hong Kong è la seconda,<br />

300 accessori e 51 abiti delle collezioni Giorgio Armani e Armani<br />
Privé, creati dal 1985 ad oggi. Un percorso quasi fiabesco, pieno<br />
di colori e suggestioni, oltre a una selezione di cosmetici e profumi<br />
limited edition e una collezione di orologi in edizione limitata<br />
dedicata al 2012, l’anno del Dragone. / The boutique opened by<br />
Giorgio Armani in Hong Kong is the second one in the ex British<br />
colony. An authentic luxury and style triumph of the Made in Italy<br />
based in Canton Road one of the most luxurious street of the<br />
eastern metropolis. The boutique is 950 m 2 divided in two floors<br />
with the top collection prêt-à-porter and accessories both masculine<br />
and feminine. For the opening event the boutique hosted the<br />
exhibition “Eccentric” with more than 300 accessories and 51<br />
dresses by Giorgio Armani and Armani Privé collections created<br />
from the 1985 until now. A fairy tale path full of colours and<br />
suggestions besides a selection of cosmetics and limited edition<br />
perfumes and a limited edition watch collection dedicated to the<br />
