4 5 2 a 7 2 Pumpenkopf befestigen Befestigen Sie den Pumpenkopf (a) mit den 4 Zylinderschrauben und Unterlagsscheiben (5) an der Montageplatte (4). Benützen Sie dazu einen Innensechskantschlüssel 4.0 mm (7). Achten Sie darauf, dass die auf der einen Seite der Platte leicht vorstehenden Zylinderstifte der Zentrierung des Pumpenkopfes dienen. Die Kontur der Montageplatte muss oben bündig sein mit derjenigen des Pumpenkopfes. 2 Fixing the pump-head Fix the pump-head (a) with the 4 head cap screws and washers (5) to the mounting plate (4). For tightening use an Allan key 4.0 mm (7). Please note that the slightly protruding cylinder bolts on one side of the plate serve to centre the pumphead. The upper contour of the mounting plate must be level with the top of the pump-head plate. 2 Fixer la tête de pompe Fixer la tête de pompe (a) avec les 4 vis à tête cylindrique et les rondelles (5) sur la plaque d'installation (4). Utiliser pour cela un clé pour vis à six pans 4.0 mm (7). Veillez à ce que les goupilles cylindriques qui dépassent légèrement sur l’un des côtés de la plaque servent bien au centrage de la tête de pompe. Le côté supérieur du contour de la plaque d’installation doit se trouver à la même hauteur que le contour de la tête de pompe. 3 2 8 4 1 6 3 3 Kupplung montieren – Setzen Sie das Kupplungsstück (2) auf die Kolbenwelle Die Kupplungsschraube (8) muss gegen den flachen Teil der Kolbenwelle gerichtet sein. Stoßen Sie das Kupplungsstück (2) Richtung Montageplatte (4) bis die Innenfläche der Kupplung mit der Stirnseite der Kopfwelle bündig ist. Ziehen Sie die Schraube der Kupplung (8) mit dem Innen- Sechskantschlüssel 2,5 mm (3) fest. – Befestigen Sie nun die ganze Einheit mit den Zylinderschrauben (6) und den Unterlagsscheiben am Antrieb. Programmierung des Pumpenkopfes siehe Seiten 15/50. 3 Mounting the coupling – Put the coupling (2) on the piston shaft. The hexagon socket screw (8) must face the flat part of the motor shaft. Push the coupling piece (2) towards the back of the mounting plate (4) until the inner face of the coupling meets the front of the head shaft. Tighten the coupling screw (8) with the Allan key 2.5 mm (3). – Now tighten the complete unit with head cap screws using the 2,5 mm Allan key (6). Entering the pump-head see pages 15 and 50. 3 Installation de la pièce d'accouplement – Placer la piêce d'accouplement (2) sur l'arbre de piston. La vis de la pièce d'accouplement (8) doit être orientée contre la partie plate de l'arbre de piston. Pousser la pièce d'accouplement (2) en direction de la plaque d'installation (4) jusqu’à ce que la surface intérieure de la pièce d’accouplement se trouve à la même hauteur que le côté frontal de l’arbre de la tête de pompe. Serrer la vis de la pièce d'accouplement (8) au moyen de la clé pour vis à six pans 2.5 mm (3). – Fixez maintenant l’unité dans son ensemble sur le moteur au moyen des vis cylindriques et des rondelles (6).
