We provide a manufacturer’s warranty
only when a recognised specialist has
carried out the installation.
Werksgarantie gewähren wir nur bei
Installation durch einen anerkannten
Fachhandwerksbetrieb.
Dem Eigentümer des Gerätes räumen wir
eine Werksgarantie entsprechend den
landesspezifischen Vaillant Geschäftsbedingungen
ein. Garantiearbeiten werden
grundsätzlich nur von unserem Werkskundendienst
(Deutschland, Österreich)
oder durch einen anerkannten Fachhandwerksbetrieb
(Schweiz) ausgeführt.
Wir können Ihnen daher etwaige Kosten,
die Ihnen bei der Durchführung von
Arbeiten an dem Gerät während der
Garantiezeit entstehen, nur dann erstatten,
falls wir Ihnen einen entsprechenden
Auftrag erteilt haben und es sich um
einen Garantiefall handelt.
We grant a manufacturer’s warranty to
the owner of the appliance according to
the specific Vaillant terms of business for
the country. Warranty work must only be
carried out by our company’s customer
service department. Because of that, we
can only then refund any expense to you,
which you have incurred from work
carried out on your appliance during the
warranty period, if we have placed an
appropriate order with you and it is a
warranty case.

VAILLANT. Félicitations !
VAILLANT, leader européen pour la
fabrication des chaudières gaz, assure la
garantie des appareils VAILLANT dans le
cadre de la législation en vigueur (Loi
78-12 du 4/10/78).
Pour bénéficier de la garantie légale de
deux ans, l’appareil doit impérativement
être installé par un professionnel qualifié,
suivant les règles de l’art et normes en
vigueur.
D’autre pays
Nous accordons une garantie usine
uniquement pour les installations faites
par des professionnels qualifiés.
Nous accordons une garantie au
propriétaire de l’appareil conformément
aux conditions spécifiques du pays. Les
travaux de garantie ne sont exécutés que
par notre SAV usine (Allemagne,
Autriche) ou par un SAV professionnel
(Suisse).
Nous ne pouvons donc vous rembourser
certains coûts engendrés par des travaux
sur les appareils durant la période de
garantie, si nous vous avons fait un
contrat correspondant et s’il s’agit d’un
cas de garantie.
