ETUDE RETROSPECTIVE • Etude rétrospective observationnelle sur la VNI préhospitalière, au SMUR du BMPM, du 1 er janvier au 14 novembre 2012. • 5734 interventions SMUR • 1088 interventions pour détresse respiratoire • 85 patients mis sous VNI (CPAP et VS-AI-PEP) • VNI dans 7,8% des cas de détresse respiratoire, soit 1,5% de toutes les interventions.
