progressif DVCP ou dégressif DVCD + 1 semaine de repos<br />

•Gérer Volume et Intensité<br />

•Planifier les séances clés: VMA, seuils…les sorties longues<br />

•Placer des enchaînements vélo/course simple ou double<br />
