ADVANCED GLASS CONSTRUCTION(AGC):<br />
Wir haben die besten Glasmatten und Harze die wir auftreiben konnten<br />
mit unserem neuen, verbesserten Standard Core in einen Topf geworfen,<br />
und das kam heraus: Eine bombensichere, leichte Konstruktion die auch<br />
noch Deinen Geldbeutel schont. Biaxiale Gewebelagen an den Schlüsselstellen<br />
ergeben ein reaktionsschnelles Board und erlauben uns zusätzlich<br />
den Flex sehr genau einzustellen.<br />
Zusammen mit unserer Superseam Technology, der starken Verbindung<br />
zwischen Topsheet und Bottom, macht das unsere Boards einfach unglaublich<br />
stabil. Zu finden in der Minilogo und Glass Series.<br />
LITGLASS CONSTRUCTION<br />
Aufbauend auf der Advanced Glass Construction (AGC) haben wir eine<br />
noch stabilere Bauweise entwickelt. Das ist uns durch ein sehr aufwendiges<br />
Layup Verfahren und stärkeren Einsatz von Biaxialen Geweben gelungen.<br />
Natürlich sind auch Boards mit dieser Konstruktion mit unserer<br />
Superseam Technology ausgestattet.<br />

PRO CONSTRUCTON<br />
Das letzte Wort in Sachen Konstruktionen aus dem Hause Newschnitzel.<br />
Unseren exklusiven Kern hüllen wir bei unseren Pro Models in die leichtesten<br />
(und auch teuersten) erhältlichen Glass Gewebe ein. Nebenbei werden<br />
unsere Pro Boards nur noch mit insgesamt 8 Inserts produziert, denn<br />
diese Boards fährt keiner mit einem kleinen Stance. Leichter und doch<br />
stabiler als alle anderen Konstruktionen.<br />
Selbstverständlich haben auch diese High End Boards unsere Superseam<br />
Technology. Ausschließlich in der Pro Serie erhältlich.<br />
SUPERSEAM TECHNOLOGY EDGES<br />
Ganz einfach an der geringfügig dickeren und breiteren Naht zu erkennen<br />
die Top- und Bottomsheet trennt, steckt diese Technologie in jedem<br />
einzelnen Newschnitzel Board. Wir ziehen mehr Glassgewebe über die<br />
Kanten und die größere Fläche der breiteren Naht ergibt beim Pressen<br />
eine viel stabilere Einheit als bei schmalen Kanten. Dieses Detail gibt einfach<br />
mehr Haltbarkeit, auch wenn viele Obstacles gefahren werden.<br />
ROCKER TYPES:<br />
CONTINOUS ROCKER<br />
Die Eigenschaften unserer Continous Rocker sind schnelles Gleiten und<br />
einfaches Fahrverhalten. Diese Art von Rocker ergibt ein schnelles Board<br />
mit ausgewogenen Kanteneigenschaften. Der Continous Rocker ist der<br />
wohl populärste und am weitesten verbreitete Rockertyp, und wird immer<br />
benutzt wenn ein schnelles und präzise zu fahrendes Baord entstehen<br />
soll. Dieser Rockertyp läßt einen easy in die Welle kanten ohne viel an<br />
Geschwindigkeit einzubüßen und gibt einen kräftigen, gut zu kontrollierenden<br />
Pop von der Welle<br />
POP2 ROCKER<br />
Er ist das Ergebnis von Cyril Cornaros Rockertests mit verschiedenen<br />
Rockerlinien. Das Resultat ist eine Mischung aus Continous Rocker und<br />
3-Stage Rocker. Das ergibt einen explosiven Pop, ohne die gutmütigen<br />
Fahreigenschaften negativ zu beeinflussen.<br />
3-STAGE ROCKER<br />
Dies ist der zur Zeit aggressivste Rockertyp im Wakeboarden. Das Yann<br />
Calvez Board ist mit diesem Rocker ausgestattet, um noch mehr Höhe am<br />
Boot zu erreichen. Zusätzlich macht der 3-Stage Rocker die Landungen<br />
butterweich.<br />

<strong>series</strong> truly delivers what you expect from a pro board. Of course this one<br />
also comes equipped with our superseam technology<br />

The slightly thicker and wider seams tell you that this technology is built into<br />
all our boards. More <strong>glass</strong> wrapped around the edges and more surface for<br />
the resin to bond topsheet and base stand for more durability on obstacles<br />
and loger life of the board in general.<br />
ROCKER TYPES:<br />
CONTINOUS ROCKER<br />
The characteristics of our continous rocker are smoothness and a ride that’s<br />
easy to control. This clean, end-to- end rocker produces a very fast board<br />
with a well balanced edging feel. The continous rocker is one of the most<br />
proven rocker lines and is used in boards that require a lot of speed and<br />
precision. This rocker allows you to cut all through and up the wake in control<br />
and without any loss of speed. It also delivers a nice, easy to control<br />
pop off the wake.<br />
POP2 ROCKER<br />
Cyril Cornaro experimented with various rocker lines. The result is a mixture<br />
of a continous rocker and a 3-stage rocker that we like to call the PoP2<br />
rocker.dynamite PoP! without sacrificing the smooth ride of his board.<br />
3-STAGE ROCKER<br />
The most aggressive rocker line to be found in wakeboards these days.The<br />
Yann Calvez. Pro features this rocker type. It delivers explosive pop off the<br />
wake and pillow soft landings.<br />

CONTINOUS ROCKER<br />

très rapide avec une sensation bien équilibrée. Le rocker continue est l’une<br />
des lignes de rocker les plus prouvées et est employé sur les boards qui ont<br />
besoin de beaucoup de vitesse et de précision. Ce rocker vous permet de<br />
couper à travers tous et de passer le sillage sans perdre le control et sans<br />
perte de vitesse. Il procure aussi un pop très saint et facil a métrisé au take<br />
off de la vague.<br />
POP2 ROCKER<br />
POP Rocker : Cyril Cornaro a expérimenté avec de diverses lignes de rocker.<br />
Le résultat est un mélange d’un rocker continue et un rocker 3-niveau que<br />
nous aimons appeler PoP _ rocker dynamite ! sans sacrifier le ride doux de<br />
sa board.<br />
3-STAGE ROCKER<br />
La ligne de rocker la plus agressive à trouver dans les wakeboards un dispositifs<br />
