COMORES TELECOM déploie une multitude de nouveaux services
grâce à l’implémentation de plusieurs solutions convergentes N-Soft
COMORES TELECOM , l’Opérateur historique des Comores, propose aujourd’hui de nombreux nouveaux services grâce au déploiement de
solutions et infrastructures N-Soft, complémentaires aux premières plateformes de gestion des cartes (NAFASSI) et abonnés prépayés,
installées par N-Soft dès 2003.
L’Opérateur vient donc de mettre en exploitation la solution Ns-Net qui lui permet d’offrir à ses clients de l’Internet prépayé sur son
réseau ADSL et CDMA, ainsi que la solution NS-Share de gestion des Télécentres et Taxiphones Comoriens. Ce déploiement s’est opéré par
adjonction de modules logiciels sur les équipements N-Soft existants sur les deux sites de Grande Comore et d’Anjouan. L’Opérateur
propose ainsi la « convergence de facturation » en regroupant sur un seul et même compte (pré ou postpayé), l’ensemble des
consommations des utilisateurs, qu’elles proviennent des lignes mobiles, filaires, Internet ou de la messagerie vocale.
En parallèle, l’Opérateur a mis en service un nouvel équipement N-Soft qui lui permet désormais d’offrir à ses clients professionnels et
aux administrations, des « numéros gratuits » (Toll Free Numbers) pré ou postpayés par le client professionnel lui-même.
Enfin, et afin de mieux gérer en interne son trafic d’interconnexion, notamment vis-à-vis de France Telecom et Mauritius Telecom,
l’Opérateur a mis en place l’outil de contrôle et de facturation en temps réel NS-Peer de N-Soft. Cet équipement fonctionnant en SS7 et
en VoIP, lui permet d’être prêt à recevoir de futures interconnections d’autres Opérateurs internationaux.
Ce nouveau succès commercial de N-Soft et de Comores Télécom démontre une fois de plus la pertinence de l’interopérabilité des
différentes solutions N-Soft et de leur parfaite intégration. Intégration aisée tant au niveau de l’environnement infrastructurel existant,
qu’au sein d’autres solutions N-Soft précédemment installées.

COMOROS TELECOM deploys a multitude of new services
through the implementation of several N-Soft convergent solutions
COMORES TELECOM , the incumbent Operator of the Comoros islands, now offers many new value added services thanks to the
deployment of an upgraded N-Soft solution suite, complementing the first platform still managing the national calling cards under the
name “Nafassi”, and prepaid subscribers since 2003.
The Operator has therefore put into operation the NS-NET solution, which enables him to provide its subscribers with a prepaid Internet
service on his ADSL and CDMA network, as well as the NS-SHARE solution for the management of the Comorian Call-shops and other
operational Call- centres. This deployment took place by adding appropriate software modules on the existing N-Soft equipment on both
the Grande Comore and Anjouan sites. The Operator thus fulfills “Billing Convergence” by combining and integrating its various billing
capabilities into a single suite of billing and customer care solutions, be it mobile or fixed lines, Internet or voice mail, that work from a
single data model and product catalog.
Symmetrically, the Operator implemented another N-Soft equipment enabling prepaid, postpaid and toll free access to its corporate
customers, parastatals and other various administrations requiring such a service.
To complete this suite of new services and to enhance the internal management of its interconnection transit, particularly with France
Telecom and Mauritius Telecom, Comoros Telecom deployed the N-Soft real-time billing and control tool: N-Soft’s NS-Peer. This solution
- operating under an SS7 and VoIP environment - sets the national provider at par with a multitude of other international operators willing
to provide viable and efficient interconnections.
This new commercial success between N-Soft and Comoros Telecom, reveals once again the effectiveness of the varied N-Soft solutions
and their perfect interface ability . An ease of integration that is proven not only within its own sphere of solutions, but also that of other
well known third party providers, previously installed.
