SC21Louis-Zéphirin Rousseau.Louis-Zéphirin Rousseau (1901-1987) fut, à partir <strong>de</strong> 1931, professeur à tempspartiel à l’Éco<strong>le</strong> d’arpentage <strong>et</strong> <strong>de</strong> génie forestier <strong>de</strong> l'Université Laval. En 1940, ilquitta ses fonctions <strong>de</strong> chef du Service <strong>de</strong> la classification <strong><strong>de</strong>s</strong> terres au ministère <strong>de</strong>la Colonisation pour <strong>de</strong>venir <strong>le</strong> premier professeur <strong>de</strong> carrière <strong>de</strong> l'Éco<strong>le</strong> d'arpentage<strong>et</strong> <strong>de</strong> génie forestier. Il fut nommé doyen en 1954, après <strong>le</strong> premier décanat d’AvilaBédard.
