the premises is prevented or interfered with by any reason such as lockout, injunction, act of war, terrorism, fire, flood or any<br />

other emergency the participant releases the Institute from all damages and claims for the damages and agrees that the<br />

sole liability of the Institute shall be to return each delegate registration fee less a pro-rated share of costs committed by the<br />
