Spannzangen-Wechsel ! Achtung!Werkzeug- bzw. Spannzangen-Wechsel(mit 2 Gabelschlüsseln SW 12 und ) istnur bei völligem Stillstand der SF-MotorspindelEWL 4031 vorzunehmen. SF-Umrichtersind gegen unbeabsichtigtes Einschaltenzu sichern, z.B. Netzschalter inStellung "AUS" drücken.5.1 Entnehmen der Spannzange5.1.1 Staubschutzhülse mit Gabelschlüssel fixieren und Spannmutter mit Gabelschlüssel in Pfeilrichtungdrehen bis Spannmutter abgenommenwerden kann. Bisher benutzte Spannzange nach vorn entnehmen.5.2 Einsetzen der Spannzange5.2.1 Neue Spannzange mit eingelegtemWerkzeug bzw. Prüfstift in Spannzangen-Aufnahme einschieben.5.2.2 Staubschutzhülse mit Gabelschlüssel fixieren und Spannmutter mit Gabelschlüssel in Pfeilrichtungfestdrehen und dadurch Werkzeug bzw.Prüfstift fixieren.7
