An ideal pH value for fish and plants can also be set by means of CO 2 .DENERLE wishes you lasting enjoyment from your aquarium!Safety rules for carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) cylinders• Use only for supplying CO 2 to aquaria.• CO 2 cylinders are under high pressure. Therefore, please observe the following:• Do not throw CO 2 cylinders. Store in a cool place. Protect against sun and temperatures above 50°C.• Do not force CO 2 cylinders open.• Release CO 2 only using a DENNERLE pressure reducer for CO 2 disposable cylinders (Models Profi 250, Profi 500, Compact, Professional andExclusive) with M 10 x 1,25 thread!• Release CO 2 out of upright cylinders only. Secure against tipping over.• CO 2 gas is heavier than air and causes suffocation at high concentrations, therefore:• Do not inhale CO 2 gas.• Store out of reach of children.• Store CO 2 cylinders in a well-ventilated place and not in basement rooms.• When transporting individual cylinders in vehicles please observe the following: Secure against sliding or rolling around, otherwise the valve may bedamaged, causing CO 2 gas to escape. The precision-mechanismneedle valve enables exact CO 2 dosage. CO 2 dosage is controlled with the CO 2 bubble counter.The CO 2 is transported to the aquarium via the special CO 2 hose. The CO 2 Maxi-Flipper ensures effective dissolving of the CO 2 in the aquarium water. A specialCO 2 check valve protects the valuable pressure reducer from any backflowing water.The DENNERLE pH-Controller Evolution Deluxe measures the pH value in the aquarium by electronic means and controls the supply of CO 2 via the CO 2 solenoidvalve (e.g. DENNERLE CO 2 night cut-off valve).The disposable 500 g CO 2 cylinder is particularly practical and convenient, supplying CO 2 over a long period before it needs replacing.
