La caratteristica fondamentale,unica nel suo genere, è quella di racchiudere le operazioni dispianatura testate e monoblocchi, tornitura dischi e tamburi, erettifica volani (con l’accessorio PVB060) in un’unica macchina, connotevoli vantaggi in termini d’ingombro e soprattutto d’investimentoeconomico. La semplicità costruttiva e la robustezza dei materialiimpiegati rendono la RC750 una macchina “eterna”.La spianatura delle testate, in ghisa od alluminio, avviene medianteutensile ed il variatore idraulico della tavola consente di sceglierel’avanzamento desiderato; completano la dotazione la doppia velocitàdi rotazione dell’utensile e i finecorsa regolabili della tavola.Il gruppo freni permette di tornire ed eventualmente rettificarequalunque tipo di disco e tamburo, nonché volano, di vetture edautocarri leggeri, in maniera precisa e rapida anche grazie alla riccadotazione fornita per il fissaggio e la centratura.The RC 750 resurfacing machine has been projected by keeping intoconsideration those problems that the repair workshop has commonly toface for the recorditioning of the grindable parts of vehicles.The main feature of the machine is to allow the reconditioning of brakediscs, drums, cylinder heads, engine blocks and flywheels (with accessoryPVB060), just with one single machining unit. Two spindle speeds on the cutting head to beselected in accordance to the material to be cut.The discs, drums and flywheels reconditioning is allowable by theircenterlining on a spindle placed on the machine column while the cutterfeeding is done by the table traverse.
