CAUTION<br />

Whenever you change the position of the carry<br />

handle, always check that it is locked into place.<br />

To do this, lightly push the handle back and<br />

forwards with your hand, without pressing down<br />

on the levers.<br />

Step 6<br />

Check the positioning<br />

Ensure that the red line on the sticker affixed to the<br />

side of the child car <strong>seat</strong> remains in a vertical<br />

position. If this is not the case, adjust the child car<br />

<strong>seat</strong> again.<br />

WARNING!<br />

Do not use any other force transmission points<br />

than those specified in this manual and indicated<br />

on the child car <strong>seat</strong> (blue belt guides and carry<br />

handle in the position B (center position)).<br />

Step 7<br />

Check everything is secure<br />

Lightly shake the child car <strong>seat</strong> with your hands to<br />

check that it stays in place and the two-point<br />

<strong>seat</strong>belt is sufficiently tight.<br />

Checklist – use in aircraft:<br />

Please ensure that:<br />

• The child car <strong>seat</strong> is positioned against the<br />

direction of travel.<br />

• The child car <strong>seat</strong> is placed on a forwardsfacing<br />

passenger <strong>seat</strong> without an airbag.<br />

• The straps of the two-point <strong>seat</strong>belt run through<br />

the two lap belt guides.<br />

• The <strong>seat</strong>belt straps are not twisted.<br />

• The buckle is firmly fastened, in line with the<br />

airlineʼs instructions.<br />

• The two-point <strong>seat</strong>belt is secured tightly around<br />

the child car <strong>seat</strong>.<br />

• The carry handle is locked in the position B<br />

(central position).<br />
