Under sections 4 and 6 of the Premier’s Council on the Status of
Disabled Persons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council appoints
or reappoints, as the case may be, the following persons
as members of the Premier’s Council on the Status of Disabled
Persons:
(a) appoints Lynn LeBlanc, Saint John, New Brunswick,
representing a Provincial Agency, for a term to expire September
14, 2011, to fill the remainder of the term of Patricia
Kirby;
(b) appoints Courtney Keenan, Woodstock, New
Brunswick, representing a Provincial Agency, for a term to
expire February 10, 2013;
(c) reappoints Martin Bélanger, Balmoral, New Brunswick,
representing the Restigouche Region, for a term to expire
November 24, 2012;
(d) reappoints Marie-Ange Gagnon, St. Léonard, New
Brunswick, representing the Madawaska-Victoria Region,
for a term to expire November 24, 2012;
(e) reappoints Dr. Shawn Jennings, Rothesay, New
Brunswick, representing the Rothesay Region, for a term to
expire November 24, 2012;
(f) reappoints Sheila Rogers, Bathurst, New Brunswick,
representing the Bathurst Region, for a term to expire November
24, 2012; and
(g) reappoints Tracy Ryan, Fredericton, New Brunswick,
representing a Provincial Agency, for a term to expire November
24, 2012.

En vertu des articles 4 et 6 de la Loi créant le Conseil du Premier
ministre sur la condition des personnes handicapées, le
lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil nomme ou nomme pour un
nouveau mandat, selon le cas, les personnes suivantes membres
du Conseil du Premier ministre sur la condition des personnes
handicapées :
a) nomme Lynn LeBlanc, de Saint John (Nouveau-
Brunswick), à titre de représentante d’une agence provinciale,
pour un mandat prenant fin le 14 septembre 2011, pour
remplacer Patricia Kirby jusqu’à la fin de son mandat;
b) nomme Courtney Keenan, de Woodstock (Nouveau-
Brunswick), à titre de représentante d’une agence provinciale,
pour un mandat prenant fin le 10 février 2013;
c) nomme pour un nouveau mandat Martin Bélanger, de

24 novembre 2012;
