Pour obtenir le label Agriculture
Biologique (label AB), les vignes
doivent être conduites selon un
cahier des charges précis : interdiction
de recourir au désherbage chimique
et de l’utilisation de produits de
traitements de synthèse. Jusqu’au 8
mars 2012, un vin portant le label AB
garantissait la méthode de viticulture,
par le talent du vigneron ou la
qualité de la vinification.
Depuis le 8 mars 2012, le
règlement No 203/2012,
paru au Journal Officiel du
9 mars 2012 accorde aussi
une certification pour la
vinification (notamment un dosage
en sulfites réduit). Son application
est effective depuis le 1er août
2012. Depuis 2012, tous nos vins
proviennent de raisins qui ont subi
une vinification biologique.

To obtain the organic farming
certification (AB label), vines must
be raised according to precises
pecifications: chemical weed control
and the use of synthetic treatment
substances are prohibited. Two years
ago we opted for an alternative form
of agriculture using no copper and
half the usual dose of sulphur. Until
March 8th 2012, a wine labelled
AB guaranteed the winegrowing
method by
virtue of the winemaker’s
talent or the quality of
the winemaking. Since
March 8th, 2012, regulation
No.203/2012, published in the
Official Journal of March 9th 2012,
has also provided certification for
winemaking (including a reduced
sulphite content). The application
became effective on August 1st, 2012.
All our wines have been made from
grapes using organic winemaking
methods since 2012.
