année à la fin août depuis 350 ans, rendant hommage au
fondateur de Sète, Louis XIV. Au son des tambours et du
hautbois, les chevaliers du Canal s'affrontent pour le plus
grand plaisir des dizaines milliers d'aficionados qui se
donnent rendez-vous pour apprécier ce spectacle exceptionnel.
Languedoc jousting
At the end of August, the Saint-Louis celebrations have set
the town ablaze every year for 350 years, paying homage
to the founder of Sète, Louis XIV. The Knights of the Canal
compete to the sound of drums and oboe, to the great
delight of tens of thousands of aficionados who gather to
enjoy this exceptional spectacle.
