and dated September 2004.<br />
1.3 Subsection 2.4(2) of Part C is hereby repealed and replaced<br />
by the following:<br />
2.4(2) The zones mentioned in subsection (1) are classified<br />
and referred <strong>to</strong> as follows:<br />
(a) Mixed Use Zone (M); and<br />
(b) Convenience S<strong>to</strong>re Commercial Zone (CSC).<br />
1.4 Subsection 2.5 of Part C is hereby repealed and replaced<br />
by the following:<br />
In any zone, all land shall be used, and all buildings and<br />
structures, or parts of buildings or structures, shall be placed,<br />
erected, altered or used, only in conformity with the requirements<br />
of, except as otherwise provided, the components of<br />
this Regulation pertaining <strong>to</strong> such zone.<br />
1.5 The following is added <strong>to</strong> Section 3 of Part C:<br />
Convenience S<strong>to</strong>re Commercial Zone<br />
(CSC)<br />
Permitted Uses<br />
3.2 In a “CSC” zone, any land, building or structure may<br />
be used for the purpose of, and for no other purpose than,<br />
(a) a convenience s<strong>to</strong>re, as defined within this Regulation;<br />
and<br />
(b) any accessory building, structure or use incidental <strong>to</strong><br />
the main use of the land, building or structure, if such<br />
main use is permitted by this section.<br />

bâtiments ou constructions ou <strong>to</strong>ute partie de ceux-ci, doivent<br />
être implantés, édifiés, modifiés ou utilisés uniquement<br />
en conformité avec les prescriptions fixées par les parties<br />
<strong>du</strong> présent règlement les concernant, sauf dérogations<br />
expresses.<br />
1.5 Les parties suivantes sont ajoutées à l’article 3 de la<br />
Partie C.<br />

(ZCD)<br />
Usages permis<br />
3.2 Dans une zone commerciale de dépanneur, <strong>to</strong>us les terrains,<br />
bâtiments ou constructions ne peuvent servir qu’aux<br />
fins<br />
a) d’un dépanneur, défini dans le présent Règlement;<br />
b) d’un bâtiment, d’une construction ou d’un usage accessoire<br />
à l’usage principal <strong>du</strong> terrain, <strong>du</strong> bâtiment ou de<br />
la construction, si cet usage principal est permis par le<br />
présent article.<br />
