to a Subcommittee whose decisions are irrevocable
by the Worldcon Committee, then this exclusion
shall apply to members of the Subcommittee only.
Section 3.13: Retrospective Hugos. A
Worldcon held 50, 75, or 100 years after a
Worldcon at which no Hugos were presented
may conduct nominations and elections for Hugos
which would have been presented at that previous
Worldcon. Procedures shall be as for the current
Hugos. Categories receiving insufficient numbers of
nominations may be dropped. Once retrospective
Hugos have been awarded for a Worldcon, no
other Worldcon shall present retrospective Hugos
for that Worldcon.

Section 4.1: Voting.
4.1.1: WSFS shall choose the location and
Committee of the Worldcon to be held two (2)
years from the date of the current Worldcon.
4.1.2: Voting shall be by written ballot cast either
by mail or at the current Worldcon with tallying as
described in Section 6.3.
4.1.3: The current Worldcon Committee shall
administer the voting, collect the advance
membership fees, and turn over those funds to the
winning Committee before the end of the current
candidat a parut (incluant l’éditeur du livre ou la ou

3.10.5 : Les votants devront indiquer l’ordre de
leurs préférences pour les candidats dans chaque
catégorie.
Section 3.11 : Décompte des votes.
3.11.1 : Dans chaque catégorie, le décompte sera
fait tel que décrit dans la section 6.3. « Aucun Prix »
sera traité comme une nomination. Si toutes les nominations
restantes sont ex aequo, aucun départage ne
sera effectué et toutes les nominations, à l’exception
de « Aucun Prix » seront déclaré co-lauréats.
3.11.2 : Aucun prix ne sera accordé si le nombre
total de bulletins valides remplis pour une catégorie
donnée (excluant ceux indiquant « Aucun Prix »
en première place) est moins de vingt-cinq pourcent
(25%) du nombre total final de bulletins reçus.
3.11.3 : « Aucun Prix » sera le candidat second en
lice.
3.11.4 : Les résultats complets du décompte numérique,
incluant tous les chiffres préliminaires pour les
premières, secondes, … places, seront rendus publics
par le Comité Worldcon en dedans de quatrevingt-dix
(90) jours après la Worldcon. Les chiffres
des votes de nomination seront également publiés à
l’intérieur de la même période, incluant le nombre
de votes pour au moins les quinze plus hauts résultats
dans chaque catégorie, et tout autre candidat
