Shareholders List and Special Shareholders List
Since 1989 the Company has maintained a Shareholders
List prepared by the Share Registrar, and a Special
Shareholders List held by the Company’s Corporate
Secretary, to enable the Company to effectively monitor
for and identify any potential insider trading activities, as
well as any transactions that could result in conflicts of
interest.
INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM
The Company makes a point to continuously develop and
implement its integrated control system, especially in the
critical areas that could affect the maintenance of the
Company’s assets, its sales performance, and its control
of expenses.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The Company takes special care to manage risk through
the anticipation of probable or potential risks relating to
the continuation of the Company’s business operations,
job safety, environmental impact, and the political climate,
by formulating appropriate strategies and taking steps to
mitigate all apparent risks.
